As
long as police officers have worn uniforms and carried badges, criminals have
dressed like them to try to win the trust of potential victims. Now the
impersonators are far more sophisticated. Today the Royal Thai Police told
reporters they have uncovered a circle of foreign criminals using the name of
the Royal Thai Police and the Thai army in order to steal the assets of
innocent Foreigners living in Thailand. The Crime Suppression Division is one
of the bureau's largest components of intelligence and Cyber technology in
Thailand. This case has been the investigation of a syndicate of foreigners who
stole more than $400 million dollars, murdered, set up, kidnapped, and caused foreign
patriots to be killed and lose everything they own.
According
to the CSD Ronald Flynn a 48-year-old victim from America is the only living
survivor over a 20-year reign according to the RTP. Mr. Flynn moved to Pattaya
Thailand in 2002 after buying and building a new home for him and his
22-year-old son Joshua Flynn.
According
to the testimonies of more than ten people already arrested. Mr. Gordon May the owner of “Boyz Boyz Boyz” in Pattaya
together with the Ambiance Hotel, along with Steve Burke the owner of
New Orleans cafe, and Sam the owner of Auto Exchange Company Limited, all have been involved in other similar controversies in
which they had acquired money under strange circumstances.
In this particular case Mr. Flynn was the owner of several
corporations in Thailand. He was told By Mr. Burke that he was very connected
to the RTP and the Thai army, and had confirmed a hit had been put out to kill
him and his son because he had upset some very bad guys in Bangkok.
Steve Burke was acting as chief council for Mr. Flynn who is an
expat lawyer from America holding a fake Thai passport and a Thai ID with a
different name. Steve Burke had been providing legal advice and contractual
legal agreements for Mr. Flynn in Thailand. Late in 2008 Mr. Burke
drafted up phony documents with one crooked Thai attorney to steal all his
assets. The scheme involved conspiracy with many directors of his companies,
namely Focus Media, Rainbow Corporation, GSBC, Jam Radio, Jam TV, and Asia
Pacific Television in a con to steal his entire life’s savings.
Mr. Flynn said, “Injustice is not ever thought to be tough until
it happens to you. My story is an ordeal in perseverance, with a huge weight
pressing down upon my heart. I have longed to tell people what happened to me
so these people could not do it to somebody else. I have a moral, and ethical
obligation to do the right thing and tell on these charlatans no matter what
happens.”
Impecunious, empty, and full of torment Ronald Flynn is now
faced with the biggest trial of his entire life. Every person in life believes

several directors of FMCN and GSBC on a daily bases and that according to his
sources they had finalized a plan to kidnap him and his son in exchange for
thirty million USD including a plan to steal all his cars, real estate,
artwork, and gold and platinum valuables in his safe. Steve warned both Mr. Flynn
and his son the threat was real and the Royal Thai Police were involved. He
explained that murder was there intended conclusion no
matter what they did to stop it.
Within 2 hours after talking to Steve Burke, Ronald Flynn
checked out of his hotel room and without one personal belonging he boarded the
next plane in absolute confidence that Steve Burke esquire was saving his life
as well as his only son. When Mr. Flynn landed in Vietnam he was instructed to
sign many documents that were in the Thai language by way of federal express.
He was instructed to sign everything he owned over to his attorney Steve Burke
ESQ or to a pseudo name of his choice so he could keep it away from the Royal
Thai Police. Mr. Burke went on to say, “If Ronald Flynn did not do everything
he told him, then everything he owned would be stolen by the Royal Thai Police,
and Thai army as they were working together with the same people who were
planning to kidnap his son and murder him.
Before leaving Thailand Joshua Flynn was instructed to give
Steve Burke his fathers second ATM card that had $25,000 thousand dollars on it
so Steve could pay for anything that would need to be paid for in order to
protect his assets. He also had Mr. Flynn sign over all his court cases
including the case against Auto exchange who owed him 18 million baht, and a
case that required Media of Medias Plc, Yuwadee Boonkrong and Kosit Suwinitchit,
co-founders of the 10-year old TV programme production company, who had
announced the establishment of their new company named Asia Television &
Media Co Ltd. Who owed 12 million baht to Mr.
Flynn personally for building there studios. The fact is anything that had to
do with money or anyone owing Mr. Flynn money, along with everything he owned
was signed over to Steve Burke ESQ.
Ronald Flynn explained, that Steve told him he was his only
client and as a friend was looking out for his best interest. Fact is Flynn
said, “I truly believed Steve was my friend and would never lie to me. I mean
let's face it if your United States Lawyer and a fellow American said your life
is in danger and you will be killed and set up by the police why on earth would
you not trust him! I really feel stupid now, because I trusted Steve with
everything. After 5 years of torment and being scared I was going to be killed,
finally the bad guys have been caught. Unfortunately I on the other hand have
lost it all including my cars, my Home, my condo in “Northshore” on Soi 5 in
Pattaya and my Hotel named Hotel California in Jomtien beach.”
The Royal Thailand Police of the Crime Suppression Division
opened the case in March because of conversations being listened to through
cyber telephonic technology that the same criminals had planned to kidnap
Joshua Flynn’s Thai Daughter, Mariah Angel Puchuan Flynn who is 4 year old. The
little girl was targeted because the criminals were told that Joshua was going
in and out of Thailand visiting his daughter and was opening a criminal case
against them.
MR. Ronald Flynn was contacted by several people from the RTP
and other agencies in regards to the potential threats against his
grand daughter and was asked to become a government witness in a case that
involved the IRA, Dr. Albert Reynolds, who is the Former prime minister of
Ireland who is the acting board of director of Global environmental energy
group GEECF.PK, Dr. Christopher McCormack, Todd Moore, and a partner of
GEECF.PK John O’Carroll and his two sons for extortion, money laundering and
fraud.
Mr. Flynn was not aware of how big the syndicate was or how much
danger he was in until the RTP started getting testimonies of certain people
who had been arrested and involved in these crimes.
Evidently while Mr. Flynn was in Thailand he had purchased many
vehicles from auto exchange. In a confession and signed testimony by Sam the
owner of auto exchange he admitted that through Steve burke and Gordon May they
had put fake plates on the car along with several kilos of heroin in the doors
in a elaborate plan to set up Mr. Flynn to be caught with drugs like a drug
smuggler so he would go to prison and the criminals could steal his
assets.
It was later found out that Steve Burke and Gordon May had hired
three hit men from the Philippines to kill Mr. Flynn After the planned
kidnapping of his Grand daughter. The hit men were contracted through a Filipino
who was working at New Orleans Café.
Since March 2012 many things have been uncovered in this case
but the RTP is keeping it very quite. To date one of the hit men hung him self
in the Thai jail and others have already been sentenced to 15 years for
attempted murder and various other crimes.
In a turn of bad luck Mr. Flynn was required to hire an
interpreter to translate his statement and the facts in the case from English
to Thai. However, after hiring the Thai interpreter the entire case was
uncovered because the interpreter’s Husbands was a British expat who had been
working for the owner of auto exchange and their niece was engaged to be
married to him. This was extremely immoral as the British man informed the
brother, who wasted no time putting The Flynn Family in jeopardy again.
Police
officers are supposed to be people you can trust and for the most part, they
are. However criminals like to play on the trust and good will of people so
it's important to keep up your guard. Criminals sometimes impersonate police
officers or in this case have used their name to take advantage. It's up to you
to be able to identify a fake police officer or a story being told to you to
obtain information or signatures to prevent yourself from becoming a victim of
a devious criminals. More importantly The RTP of Thailand is a very well known
organization and is here to protect and serve the community from these types of
people. The case is currently on going, as many more arrests will be made.
